For more than 20 years we have been appraising nationally and regionally for Fortune 100 companies as well as for small privately-held companies. Our work adheres to the Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

ICS provides certified field appraisals, desktop opinions, and collateral evaluations. We also provide consulting services for end of lease negotiations and residual setting for forecasting the long term value of equipment over a specified period of time.

ICS Machinery & Equipment Appraisal Services include:

• Certified Field Appraisals – a valuation determined by a complete physical inspection of the subject equipment and includes a full industry and market research to determine the current value. This is the most comprehensive equipment appraisal.
• Desktop Opinions – a determination of value based on the client information provided and no physical inspection of the subject equipment. This report makes certain hypothetical assumptions about the condition of the equipment, maintenance compliance and other relevant factors affecting value.

ICS reviews with each client the total scope and requirements of the equipment appraisal project. Once that has been established, ICS will provide a written proposal outlining the assignment and a complete disclosure of the fee and any relevant expenses, before proceeding with any equipment appraisal.
